Soundhaven: Warranty

In addition to mandatory warranty provisions specified by the Australian Consumer Law, this document delineates the terms and conditions of the limited warranty applicable to the Soundhaven Pod/Booth Range. The key points are summarised below:

Duration of Warranty:

• The limited warranty remains valid for five (5) years from the purchase date for mechanical workmanship and two (2) year for all electrical items and fittings.
• Proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt is a prerequisite.

Coverage:

• Defects in materials and workmanship on all principal components of the Soundhaven Pod/Booth Range are covered by the limited warranty.
• Main parts, including the structural frame and panels, are covered for five years, while electrical components enjoy coverage for two years.
• Notably, wear and tear or misuse are not covered. The warranty is non-transferable and is restricted to the original purchaser.

Actions in Case of Defects:

• Soundhaven will evaluate the product to ascertain its eligibility under the limited warranty.
• If covered, Soundhaven may opt to repair the defective product or replace it with an identical or comparable product or parts, at its discretion.
• Soundhaven bears the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor, and travel for repair staff, provided the repair does not involve unauthorised work.
• Only authorised Soundhaven personnel are permitted to conduct repairs, and any unauthorised repairs render the warranty void.
• Replaced parts become the property of Soundhaven.
• In the event the product is no longer available, a suitable replacement will be provided.

Exclusions:

• The limited warranty does not extend to products that have been improperly stored or assembled, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with unsuitable methods or products.
• Exclusions also cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage resulting from impacts, accidents, spillage, or the natural decline in functionality over time.
• Damage caused by the disassembly and reassembly by an unauthorised person(s);
• The warranty does not apply to any unauthorized repair work.
• Products placed outdoors, in prolonged direct sunlight, or in a humid environment are not covered.

It is imperative to retain the original purchase receipt and adhere to the stipulated terms and conditions for the warranty to remain valid. Customers experiencing issues with the Soundhaven Pod/Booth Range should contact Soundhaven to initiate the warranty claim process.

Soundhaven retains the right to introduce product improvements or modifications to specifications without prior notification.
