Returns & Refund Policy

These customised Office Pods/Booths are non-returnable and non-refundable once assembled. They are specially ordered from the manufacturer and assembled on-site for the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for installation before making a purchase.
Purchasers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if: they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.

If the Buyer wishes to return the goods, they must contact the Supplier via email at sales@soundhaven.com.au within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must remain unpacked and unused. Additionally, the items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a new, resalable condition (without damage or markings, and with the storage box undamaged).

The Buyer, and at the Buyer’s expense, must return the goods within 30 days of the Buyer’s notification to the Supplier; please arrange with customer support at sales@soundhaven.com.au

The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods within 30 days of notifying the Supplier, and arrangements can be made through Customer Support at sales@soundhaven.com.au If the goods are deemed unacceptable for resale by Soundhaven, a 50% restocking fee may be deducted to cover repackaging, inspection, replacement of missing parts, and/or repair of components. If the goods’ condition is acceptable, Soundhaven, at its discretion, may replace the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee. Note: The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Credit processing will occur only after the products are inspected and meet the specified requirements. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

By participating in this process, you agree to bear all shipping and return costs for returning the item to Soundhaven.
