Delivery & Shipping
It is essential that we understand your delivery and installation requirements so we can quote accurately.
Delivery, installation & rubbish removal
Our Installation teams are available in all Australian Capital Cities to ensure a seamless process. Opting for our Installation Service guarantees that your Pod will be delivered, expertly assembled, and any packaging materials will be promptly removed. As these Pods can be complicated to assemble, our experienced Installers can handle the process entirely.
For Self-Assembly of our Office Pods, deliveries are managed through our partnership with Northline. Northline will deliver items to the main foyer/loading dock for orders to office buildings or private homes. For Self-Assembled goods, our standard delivery involves tailgate unloading to a nearby ground-level location. (No Stairs)

Certain items have substantial weight and may require a forklift for unloading. If a forklift is unavailable, a $110.00 charge is applicable for tailgate unloading. Please specify your unloading capabilities when placing an order.
Lead times:
The estimated lead time for manufacturing and supplying your goods is approximately 8-12 weeks. This time frame accounts for manufacturing, quality control and shipping processes. Please note, that we ship to all locations across Australia.
In some instances, additional freight surcharges may apply for deliveries to remote areas. Rest assured, we will inform you of any surcharges before confirming your order to maintain transparency and clarity throughout the process.
Whilst we strive to adhere to the estimated lead times, factors such as product complexity, manufacturer capacity, and unforeseen delays may impact delivery times. We recommend confirming the exact delivery time with the supplier when placing an order. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, such as shipping delays, trans-shipment delays, port delays or manufacturing delays.
We do not accept liability for goods damaged during shipping if your own freight company is used.
